What you'll do

  • Design, enhance, and manage educational content across various platforms including our learning platform and corporate intranet.
  • Contribute to the creation and production of learning assets like presentations, articles, and videos.
  • Support the organization and moderation of workshops for SAP Business AI topics.
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, engaging content for different audiences.
  • Provide general administrative support and bring structure to various storage locations, such as SharePoint, to streamline and optimize efficiency.

What you bring

  • Student (f / m / d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study : business, technical areas, communications, marketing, or digital media
  • Computer skills : Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Interest in AI, basic knowledge and experience are a plus.
  • Language skills : Proficiency in English and German
  • Soft skills : Organizational skills, creative, team player
  • Others : Technical and analytical understanding and communication skills

    The AI Advocacy team within the SAP Business AI organization is dedicated to crafting superior-quality assets and to drive technical narratives throughout our internal and external communities.

    As skilled pioneers, we maintain and develop the latest (technical) resources to showcase innovation, fueling growth through cutting-edge tutorials, videos, and live demos. As dedicated ambassadors, we actively participate in field events and educate multipliers. Our commitment is to deliver compelling storytelling covering keynote preparations, standardized assets, and engaging articles, powering our goal of amplifying SAP Business AI understanding and adoption. We uphold and support communication strategies, fostering a thriving community that embraces and drives change.

    Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
