Retail Training Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategy : Working closely with 4P team and providing training strategies according to product / channel strategies.
• Planning and executions : Plan and execute training sessions based on the FF and Channel's requirement. Collect and analyse training results and continuously improve training performances.
• Materials : Output native level training materials according to the local product / channel strategies.
• Campaigns : Organise and lead training campaigns based on the yearly product / promotion roadmaps.

Qualifications :

1. 3-5 years of retail management experience in consumer electronics.

2. Fluent in English.

3. Strong communication, organization, coordination skills and teamwork spirit.

4. Have strong learning ability and ability to work under pressure, and be used to accept challenges.

5. ability to work independently, good personal reputation and professional ethics.
