Patent Manager

Tubulis is developing new antibody-drug-conjugates (ADCs) aimed at treating cancer. Based on state-of-the art ADC technology platforms TubTag® and Tubutecan® Tubulis is a global leader in ADC development.

With two programs in clinical development phase I / IIa, and a promising pipeline with new clinical candidates as well as new core technologies at the horizon Tubulis is now looking for a highly motivated European patent attorney who is seeking an opportunity to build up a strong IP estate in a rapidly developing and densely crowded field. You will report directly into the Global Head of IP. It is expected that the team will grow significantly over the next years.

Your mission

• all IP aspects of one of Tubulis’ clinical candidates
• all IP aspects of one of Tubulis’ core technologies
• invention harvesting and drafting patent applications
• FTO analyses
• publication review
• patent prosecution worldwide in close collaboration with external law firms
• opposition and appeal proceedings before the EPO and similar proceedings worldwide
• further developing the infrastructure of the IP department, including file and information management
