For this international and multicultural law firm, present on several continents, we are currently recruiting an experienced Investment Fund Lawyer.

Since its inception, this law firm has been able to establish itself as a growing player on the market, which is why they currently have several offices but especially a prestigious and international client base, which include clients from all over the world.

With an expertise going from Banking & Finance to Corporate Law / M&A, Public Law, Litigation and so on to Investment Funds, you are sure to be part of a law firm that is able to assist its clients on all legal matters and develop a loyal client base as a result. Furthermore, that also means that you are in contact daily with lawyers with an excellent and diverse expertise.

With a team composed of more than 40 people in Luxembourg, you will fully enjoy a multilingual and multicultural environment with colleagues from all levels of experience and their own goals and objectives.

You will also have the chance to evolve throughout the years and achieve positions such as Counsel or even Partner in time, in a law firm that recognizes the people’s daily investment.

Your Responsibilities | Investment Fund Lawyer – Investment Funds – Law – Law Firm

• You take care of the fund set-up and structuring , being alternative investment funds.
• You advise asset managers, fund promoters, and institutional investors on these setups, structurings, and operations of investment funds under Luxembourg law.
• You represent the firm in front of prospective clients and important stakeholders.
• The objective is for you to evolve to a Counsel role in the short / medium term and become a key member of the fund department.
