Description
Join us as a Manager Property Technicians (f / m / d) where youll coordinate the team for maintenance and repairs of DC and Office noncritical infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Monitors and coordinates upkeep and maintenance of the sites : with focus on noncritical physical infrastructure space areas and Office buildings / nonwhite space areas and executes when necessary
- Aquires detailed knowledge of the operation of sites / services for which they are responsible and have a good detailed understanding of the full campus infrastructure.
- Ensures a balanced approach to reactive and preventive maintenance activities monitoring both current and deferred maintenance backlogs. Adjusts priorities and resources as necessary ensuring thorough documentation of deferred maintenance tasks.
- Documentation and system administration of technical modifications and maintenance checks
- Monitors daytoday routines to keep sites in optimal condition : Cleaning greenfield care garbage disposal service winter service
- Supports in implementing and executing a maintenance strategy for the technical building management / noncritical physical infrastructure : fire doors fire extinguishers emergency lighting lightning protection
- Ensures a smooth operation in the performance of legal obligations as well as other mandatory legal requirements in the area of responsibility
- Mentoring and leadership to the Property Technicians Team (PTT) by fostering a culture of passion and commitment
- Optimizes PTT workflows
- Executes other special projects / assignments as directed by the Manager Property Operations
- Implementing technical Property Management for future growth and support for reconstruction measures
Qualifications
Educated to a vocational level in a technical field (e.g. technician craftsman locksmith or similar) including a master craftsman examSeveral years of experience in facility repairs department including a technical leadership roleStrong talent for people management leadership and prioritizing abilitiesExperienced in subcontractor coordinationFirm understanding of maintenance documentationCompetent in noncritical infrastructure facility managementExpert in technical repairs and building maintenanceSkilled understanding of health and safety requirements and regulationsResilient problem solver in a dynamic team environmentFluent in German and EnglishA bit about us
