Communications Manager (f / m / d)

AENU is a climate tech VC fund focused on early-stage companies in northern Europe, specializing in the energy transition, industrial decarbonisation and climate adaptation. We are seeking a Communications Manager who will drive AENU’s external communications and position us as a thought leader in climate tech and venture capital. Your mission will be to amplify our voice by crafting compelling narratives that engage founders, LPs, co-investors and the broader ecosystem.

Tasks

Communications & Branding Strategy

• Own the end-to-end communications and branding strategy, ensuring consistency across all channels (website, social media, newsletter, etc.)
• Translate investment themes and strategic initiatives into clear and engaging narratives
• Safeguard AENU’s brand identity and voice across touchpoints, both internally and externally
