For our EMEA Customer Service Organization in Cologne, we are looking for a :

Strategic Customer Support Specialist (f / m / x) (based in Cologne, Tektronix Office)

The Strategic Customer Support Specialist is part of the European Service Solution Organization and works closely with the Team Leader, SCS EMEA. In this role, you will be responsible for consistently ensuring complete customer satisfaction for both internal and external key customers across the EMEA region.

The job responsibilities include :

  • Manage customer requests (e.g., calibration, repair, complaints) efficiently using ERP / Web systems.
  • Provide specialized after-sales service and maintain personalized communication with key strategic customers.
  • Maintain a strong customer focus both internally and externally, prioritizing customer issues.
  • Implement and adhere to procedures and policies to deliver high-level customer support.
  • Assist in moving and handling physical units in the lab as required to support operational processes.

The job requirements include :

  • Commercial / Administration background and / or previous experience in Customer Service Administration.
  • Experience or knowledge in process improvement is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven cross-team collaboration ability in a fast-paced environment to support sales, operations and drive results.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook is essential.
  • Fluency in English and German (written and verbal) is required.
  • Self-motivated, driven, flexible, and a strong collaborator.
