Summary

We are looking for a "Project Manager Development Electronics & Software (f / m / d)" for the "Smart Sensors" division at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible.

The "Smart Sensors" division develops imaging sensors, active sensors and warning sensors. These sensors are sensitive in the visual to infrared spectral range and are used for reconnaissance and target detection in civilian and military applications.

The "Sensor Electronics and Hardware" team is responsible for the electronics and software of these sensors. Other teams in the division are responsible for technical management, optical and mechanical design and the corresponding sensor measurement technology.

Your Tasks

Project management as technical sub-project manager in development

Coordination of quantity structures & budget monitoring

Development and maintenance of a service provider network

Awarding subcontracts within and outside the development organisation

Managing and supervising external development services and organising corresponding reviews

Time, deadline & cost management

Support in carrying out internal reviews as part of the development process

Coordination of development services with the purchasing / quality / production / documentation / logistics departments and the system engineers involved

Preparation and participation in customer acceptance tests and trials

Interface to internal electronics and software development as well as to the relevant system-related development departments Platform development

Your Profile

Completed technical studies, preferably in the field of computer science, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable

Certified project management training is advantageous

Several years of experience in project management, ideally in an agile environment or in development projects

Several years of experience in dealing with national and international subcontractors

Several years of experience in dealing with internal customers and cooperation partners

Confident handling of MS Office, MS Project and SAP

Independence and initiative as well as a solution-orientated and constructive way of working

Good communication skills and a convincing demeanour

Willingness to take responsibility, ability to work in a team and motivation

Business fluent German and English skills
