Technical Product Manager (m / w / d) – AI-driven Logistics Software

Location : Remote (with occasional meetings in Paderborn)

Start : Immediately

Area : VisiMatch - Intelligent software solutions for container logistics

Your mission

Are you passionate about technological innovation and have a flair for strong product concepts? You don't just want to manage, you want to create - and preferably with the latest AI tools? Then you've come to the right place.

At VisiTrans, we are revolutionizing the way we work : Our goal is an AI-first architecture that supports the entire product development process - from conception to prototyping and UX to coding - with intelligent agents. For this change, we are looking for you as Technical Product Manager (m / f / d) for our VisiMatch product in the area of container logistics.

Your tasks

Rethinking architecture : Development and establishment of an AI-centered software architecture for VisiMatch.
Concepts with substance : Designing product ideas and features with a strong technological and user-centered basis.
Designing AI processes : Defining requirements so that they can be processed and implemented by AI tools (e.g. coding agents).
Bridge between product & technology : Close collaboration with development, UX, support and management.
Hands-on mentality : You also formulate smaller bugs or feature requests independently and launch them via AI-supported development processes.

Your profile

Strong conceptual skills and experience in creating well thought-out product concepts.

Technological background : You have done software development yourself or have a deep understanding of it - you know how modern development processes, DevOps, Git, APIs & frameworks work.

UX understanding : Focus on user experience and functional interaction design (UI is not your main focus).

Experience in product development, ideally in a B2B or platform environment.

Enthusiasm for AI-supported tools and a willingness to actively help shape new methods.

Quite important : Main communication language is German. You need to be able to understand and follow conversations in German. Equivalent of B1-level is a prerequisite.
