At notus we build content engines for B2B founders & executives. We help them leverage the best marketing asset there is - people. (aka personal brands)

Over the past 5 years and weve worked with 9-figure entrepreneurs like Noah Kagan and Jesse Pujji to executives of billion-dollar companies like Swisscom and Rhomberg.

Now were at an inflection point.

Weve proven our done-for-you service model works after growing to 200k MRR as of October 25.

But to scale what weve built and launch new products we need to expand our technical capacity. Thats why were hiring our first dedicated full-stack engineer.

Tasks

As our Full Stack Engineer youll be building the technical infrastructure that powers our content operations.

Youll work on a mix of client-facing products and internal tools deployed flexibly based on company priorities. Some weeks you might be shipping a new feature for clients. Other weeks youll be building internal analytics infrastructure or optimizing our AI pipelines.

The work includes :

• Building applications with clean database architecture that connects to our existing infrastructure
• Designing and implementing AI-powered workflows (LLM API integration prompt management context handling)
• Creating intuitive interfaces (content calendars idea generation analytics dashboards)
• Working with our existing data layer (PostgreSQL / Supabase performance analytics content databases)
• Shipping fast iterating based on real user feedback and maintaining quality standards

Youll collaborate with our Fractional CPO (Bernie) on technical architecture and report to our Head of Content (Max) who owns product direction.
