Your Role at Haleon
- Responsible for achieving sell-in, sell-out, market share, shopper penetration, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with set objectives
- You will implement the brand strategy and marketing plan for the next three years in close collaboration with the Brand Lead, encompassing portfolio management, innovation, and media planning with a strong emphasis on digital channels
- Track and analyze performance across market trends, competitive activities, and brand metrics
- You will track and manage the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget
- Cross-functional team work & project management, with special focus towards shopper & customer marketing, sales, expert marketing and finance.
What we expect from you
- University degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Economics or similar
- Approx. 2 years of Marketing / Brand / Innovation Management experience, ideally gained in FMCG
- You are fluent in both German and English (written & spoken)
- You demonstrate a confident handling of MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and operational marketing skills & a strong sense of accountability for projects
- You are passionate about driving brands, products and innovations to create a great experience for our consumers.
