Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate projects related to the integration and implementation of antenna systems.Develop, track, and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, including development, production, and quality assurance.Prepare and deliver project reviews, progress updates, and stakeholder presentations to ensure transparency and alignment.Work closely with clients to define project requirements and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Plan, organize, and supervise the installation and commissioning of ground station systems, including satellite communication components.Lead and manage system renovation and upgrade projects for existing customer infrastructures.Collaborate with technical experts to design systems, including creating quantity structures and determining part requirements.Participate in on-site system integration and implementation activities, with availability for worldwide travel.Required Skills & Experience
SATCOM, Antenna or VSAT ExpereinceFluent GERMANRF Measurement Technology ExpereinceExperience in technical operations within security-sensitive military environments is an added advantage
