Responsibilities :
Administrative support for the CFO
Preparation of presentations, statistics and reports
Organization of meetings, events and business trips including preparing travel expense reports
Careful preparation and follow-up of meetings
Monitoring and coordinating appointments
Independent handling of correspondence in German and English
Collaboration on special projects
Qualifications :
Successfully completed commercial vocational training with additional qualification in the field of management assistance
5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
Business fluent in written and spoken English and German
Strong communications and team skills as well as discretion and confidentiality
Very good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
