Job Summary

We are searching for a Lead Product (Software) Engineer to join a forwardthinking company that is building a carbon crediting platform aimed at enabling the issuance and traceability of highquality carbon credits. As part of the technical team youll have the opportunity to build impactful solutions that drive the companys growth and contribute to a sustainable future. The role combines deep technical expertise with product development giving you a chance to create scalable cuttingedge solutions for a growing market.

In this role you will :

Lead the development and maintenance of the companys core platform focusing on a carbon crediting platform and its two main products :

Impact Certification Platform (MRV) : Streamlines the Monitoring Reporting and Verification process enabling efficient data collection and certification for project developers.

Carbon Credit Registry : A secure system that facilitates the purchase retirement and transfer of carbon credits integrated with payment solutions like Stripe ensuring transparency and traceability.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including business and climate teams to deliver new features and solutions with an agile mindset.

Lead code reviews to maintain highquality code providing mentorship and fostering continuous improvement within the tech team.

Play a key role in shaping the tech team culture and ensuring a collaborative proactive environment.

Balance fastpaced project delivery with highquality scalable solutions using modern development tools and practices.

Contribute significantly to the continuous enhancement of products making sure they meet the evolving needs of the business and endusers.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

6 years of experience as a Software Developer with expertise in ReactJS NodeJS and Typescript (Python experience is a plus).

Strong software architecture experience including CI / CD implementation for robust and scalable solutions.

Ability to autonomously lead projects and make informed technical decisions.

Pragmatic with the ability to balance highquality code with the demands of fastpaced project delivery.

A natural inclination for building beautiful and intuitive user interfaces .

Strong communication skills fluent in English for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications :

Experience mentoring junior developers and fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.

Strong problemsolving skills and a keen understanding of product requirements and how they translate into technical solutions.
