Area of responsibilities :

Support the development of timelines, milestones and overviews for Corporate Architecture project completion (Offices, Fairs, Retail, Events)
Support the managing of all aspects of the project-planning and development processes
Manage Corporate Architecture projects from kick-off, through design and technical drawings creation and coordination on site
Planning of internal and external events including timelines, budget, event set up and coordination on site
Development of guidelines, toolboxes, reporting
Support further development of strategic processes of Corporate Architecture projects
Insuring of communication streams within and across departments and functions

Profile of qualification :

Bachelor's degree in International Economics, Business Development, or a related field is beneficial for this position

First experience in a planning or managerial position can be helpful

Industry and leadership certifications are also beneficial

Strong English and German language skills

Organized, pay close attention to detail to minimize delays, and multitask on a variety of projects

Able to work in a fast-paced environment to coordinate efforts and meet all project goals with the help of different departments

Have strong interpersonal skills to interact with suppliers, colleagues and clients
