Were looking for a proactive Customer Acquisition Manager to expand our B2B client base and introduce immersive solutions to new industries.
Tasks
- Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies to grow our B2B client base.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and refine market positioning.
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
- Track and optimize performance using analytics tools.
- Manage acquisition budgets and maximize return on investment.
- Report acquisition performance and insights to stakeholders.
- Leverage digital marketing tools to maximize customer reach.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align acquisition initiatives with business goals.
Requirements
4 years of experience in international B2B sales ideally in events media or tech sectors.Proven success in lead generation and customer acquisition in your past roles.Fluent in German and English (ideally at a native level); additional languages such as Spanish Portuguese French Chinese etc. are a plus.Selfmotivated organized and capable of working independently in a remote setting.Expertise in Google Analytics LinkedIn Sales Navigator Campaign Manager CRM and reporting tools.Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g. Canva).Strong analytical skills to drive databased decisionmaking.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Benefits
