Position Overview
The Senior Workday Integration Analyst designs, develops, tests, and maintains complex Workday integrations that support HR and Payroll processes. This role requires strong technical expertise in Workday integration tools, a solid understanding of HRIS processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Orchestration Builder, EIB, PECI, and APIs.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing integrations to ensure stability and performance.
Develop scalable solutions for HR, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and third-party vendor systems.
Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and governance standards.
Lead end-to-end integration work for new functionality, enhancements, and system releases.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
Partner with HR COEs, Payroll, IT, and vendors to deliver high-quality integration outcomes.
Conduct unit, end-to-end, and regression testing for new and updated integrations.
Create and maintain technical documentation and integration inventories.
Recommend automation and process improvements based on Workday updates and best practices.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years of Workday integration experience, including hands-on development.
Strong proficiency with Workday Studio, Orchestration Builder, EIB (inbound / outbound), PECI, and Workday Web Services.
Solid understanding of HR and Payroll processes.
Experience troubleshooting integration issues and collaborating with technical and functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently with minimal guidance.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or HR
Workday certifications.
Experience supporting large, global organizations.
Familiarity with Azure, middleware tools, or SFTP automation.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $94,000 - $105,000.
