Responsibilities :
Disposition and demand planning (e.g., material requirements planning, forecasting)
Inventory management : Monitoring and optimization of stock levels (raw materials, purchased parts, finished products, auxiliary and operating materials)
Order processing : Ensuring on-time delivery (operational purchasing; creating and transmitting orders and delivery schedule calls, checking order confirmations and monitoring delivery dates, invoice verification)
Order processing : Ensuring on-time delivery (customer delivery schedule fulfillment)
Creation, control, and daily review of weekly and daily deployment planning (shift schedules)
Monitoring of KPIs
Analysis of bottlenecks and derivation of measures
Central point of contact for production, sales, and logistics as well as other internal interfaces and external customers
Qualifications :
Completed commercial training (e.g., Industrial Clerk (m / f / d), Office Management Clerk (m / f / d), alternatively a completed degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Supply Chain Management)
Solid SAP knowledge in the areas of production, demand planning, inventory, and handling units
Strong technical understanding is an advantage
Professional experience in planning, procurement, production, disposition, and inventory management
Confident use of MS Office applications , especially Excel for data analysis and preparation of various scenarios
Teamwork and communication skills
Independent, thorough, and structured working style
English skills for international collaboration
