Construction Manager

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree from a related Engineering field or technical training with further training to become a master craftsman / technician
- Minimum 5 years of construction experience and knowledge of industrial projects in Germany,
- Fluency in German and English,
- Ms Office Programs knowledge,
- Excellent communication skills, great initiative and a structured way of working,
- Practical knowledge of subcontractor management and / or project management.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To carry out Construction and Pre-Commissioning activities in the project,
- Coordinating the entire construction site process during construction and pre-commissioning of systems for the Project,
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, cost, and deadline specifications,
- Ensuring compliance with Authority requirements in accordance with local regulations,
- Preparing all work and deployment planning for technically assigned construction engineers,
- Establishing coordination with procurement teams to ensure all project materials and equipment are ordered and timely delivered to support the construction works,
- Managing Subcontractor’s activities, verifying availability of its resources,
- Participating the development of detailed construction schedule and resource planning
- Supervising and monitoring construction works,
- Serving as the main contact person for the Owner during construction and pre-commissioning phases,
- Identifying and controlling interfaces, and maintaining communications with all Parties,
- Taking responsibility for equipment and system acceptance on-site by the Owner.
