Next Ventures have the pleasure of being partnered with one of the most established Business to Business (B2B) Financing Platforms within the DACH Market.

This innovative platform provides the opportunity for German enterprises to connect with thousands of vetted institutions and raise capital for key projects.

Having grown successfully over the past few years, the team are now on the hunt for an ambitious Product Manager to arm them for their next phase of growth.

This role will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for the business, through the build and go-to-market activities of new products and features on the platform.

Responsibilities

• Owning the Product Roadmap, Strategy, and Go-To-Market activities of new products and features on the platform.
• Maturing the existing product portfolio, to provide revenue generating opportunities at the top and bottom lines.
• Interfacing with Customers, and Cross-Functional Teams (Development, Sales, and Marketing) throughout the Product Lifecycle to build the best-in-class product.
• Identifying opportunities to "Land and Expand" with existing customers, who regularly use the platform as part of their workflows.
• Providing 1st level support to customers around topics of Onboarding, Platform Functionality, and Troubleshooting.

What we're looking for :

• At least 3+ years of experience working as a Product Manager, within the fields of Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance.
• A strong understanding of the regulations related to Financial Instruments, specifically within B2B Finance / Lending. / Capital Markets.
• The ability to effectively communicate complex and technical concepts in an understandable way to internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in the field of Economics, Financial Services, or Business related topics.
• Fluency in German and English , with exceptional communication & presentation skills.
