Data Engineer, MarTech (mfx)

The role

You will join our cross-functional team dedicated to ensuring effective communication with HelloFresh customers. As a Data Engineer you will play a pivotal role in implementing and operating high-scale data processing pipelines that support our communications platform and message types such as email SMS and push notifications. Your team will be a place where your thoughts and opinions matter and your contributions will have a tremendous impact on the teams success.

What youll do

• Work collaboratively in a cross-functional team of 6-10 members utilizing diverse technologies and frameworks
• Take ownership of the end-to-end process including design development deployment and operations of data pipelines applying DevOps practices pair programming and other cutting-edge methodologies
• Actively contribute as a solution-oriented member within autonomous cross-functional agile teams collaborating with product owners backend engineers mobile engineers and business intelligence teams
• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of HelloFreshs core product and architecture serving as an ambassador for software solutions and providing support and mentorship to colleagues
• Work with state-of-the-art technologies like AWS EMR Kafka PySpark Kubernetes Airflow and more
