What you'll do
- As Team Leader HR Payroll (m / f / d), you'll be responsible for the smooth running of all payroll processes and in particular for leading the HR Payroll team in a respectful and trusting manner
- Your tasks include implementing innovations and changes in tax, social security and labour law as well as preparing statistics and reports (standard and ad hoc)
- You not only act as a contact person (m / f / d) for external bodies (in particular social insurance institutions, tax and auditors), but also for the business in all tax and social security law and payroll-related questions and issues
- In addition, the preparation of payroll accounting for employees & freelancers of a defined group of employees using SAP, taking into account tax and social security law principles, is part of your daily business; you're also responsible for maintaining personnel master data and organisation management in SAP
- Supporting the Finance department with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (e.g. providing information such as provisions etc.) is also part of your job
- You'll also care about managing HR projects, in particular for the continuous improvement of payroll processes
What you'll bring
You've a degree or a completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training as a human resources managerIn your several years of professional experience in the area of payroll accounting with SAP in an international company, you've acquired expert knowledge of tax and social security law as well as extensive experience in the areas of secondments, freelancers and company pension schemesYou're proficient in using the SAP HCM Payroll module and MS OfficeYou already gained experience in the disciplinary and technical management of a teamInitiative, flexibility, resilience and assertiveness are just as natural for you as a pronounced service mentality, a high level of problem-solving skills and implementation orientationYou've very good communication skills paired with a good command of German and EnglishAt Sky, we'll give you our full support, so you'll be all set to achieve your best.
