Investment and Sustainability Data Specialist (m/f/d)

Job purpose/role

The team of AIM Investment Management Life/Health Germany in Stuttgart manages investment strategy of the German Life and Health insurance portfolios at Allianz. You will work together with our colleagues across the global AIM network and our asset managers, focusing on sustainability data, technical implementation, and leading other investment data related projects with our Allianz internal data experts at IDS. Join an investment team managing a global portfolio of over EUR 300bn, offering plenty of opportunities to learn and develop.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects for new data management solutions
• Support strategic projects in the area of Investment ManagementEstablish project communication structures and align with stakeholders
• Prepare product-specific sustainability disclosures and reports for clients
• Enhance existing analysis tools, automate data-driven processes, and improve their resilience
• Provide analytical input for meetings, board presentations, and ad hoc analyses
• Collaborate with global and local teams across departments (such as Portfolio Management, Investment Advisory, Investment Data Solutions, and external data providers)
• Support strategic projects in the area of Investment Management
• Establish project communication structures and align with stakeholders

Key requirements/skills/ experience

• Degree in finance, economics, sustainability related fields, financial mathematics, finance-related data science or other quantitative areas
• 2+ years experience in investment related project management, sustainability reporting, investment / data management or sustainability data topics (such as data related consulting services)
• Knowhow of fundamentals in finance
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration, combined with a strong sense of ownership, a passion for data, and a results-driven mindset
