Wir suchen ab sofort einen Haustechniker / Hausmeister  (w / m / d) Vollzeit, der hauptsächlich auf unserer Hotelbaustelle in Köln eingesetzt wird. Bei Bedarf ist auch ein gelegentlicher Einsatz in unserem Hotel Hampton by Hilton Düsseldorf City Centre mö neues Hotelprojekt befindet sich im Herzen von Köln ganz in der Nähe zum Dom. Die Kräne stehen und die Bauarbeiten sind in vollem Gang. Zusammen mit unserem verantwortlichen Projektleiter sind Sie Ansprechpartner für die Gewerke und die Überwachung der Baustelle. Die Eröffnung ist für 2027 geplant.

Ihr Alltag bei uns

Während der Bauphase :

• Überwachung der Baustelle, Ansprechpartner für Auftragnehmer und Dienstleister
• Entgegennahme und Lagerung von Lieferungen
• Bei Bedarf Unterstützung beim Aufbau von Inneneinrichtung
• Tägliche Rundgänge zur Gewährleistung des Schutzes von Geräten und Materialen auf der Baustelle

Your New Workplace

We are currently looking for a full-time in-house Technician / Caretaker (m / f / d) to work primarily at our hotel construction site in Cologne . Occasional work at our  Hampton by Hilton Düsseldorf City Centre hotel may also be required.

Our new hotel project is located in the heart of Cologne, very close to the cathedral. The cranes are in place and construction work is in full swing. Together with our project manager, you will be the point of contact for the contractors and will supervise the construction site. The opening is planned for 2027.
