As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for managing all kitchen operations and ensuring the smooth running of our system catering facility. You are creative, and innovative and have a passion for first-class cuisine. Your tasks will include training and leading the kitchen team and ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards. You will work closely with management to make work processes more efficient and increase guest satisfaction.
Tasks :
- Managing the entire kitchen operation, including planning, organization, and monitoring of daily processes.
- Ensuring & maintaining quality and hygiene standards in the kitchen following applicable regulations.
- Collaboration with management and regular reports.
- Ensuring and achieving predefined KPIs.
- Active participation in quality assurance.
- Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, including the management of staff, inventory control, and financial performance.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and professional growth among employees.
- Training, scheduling, hiring, and supervising kitchen staff.
- Interacting with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and courteous manner.
Requirements :
Several years of professional experience in the catering industry, ideally already in a managerial position.Excellent knowledge of food and its preparation.Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Efficient selection of potential employees.Organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Flexibility and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.English at least C1 level.What you can look forward to :
