Position based in Munich or Frankfurt – open to full time & part-time

What are we looking for?

We are currently looking for a Human Resources Coordinator or rather a People & Culture Coordinator as the role is called at Hotwire. Reporting into the Human Resources Director for Continental Europe, you will provide local support on every aspect of the HR scope for both of our German offices. You will be involved in the different steps of our employee lifecycle from recruitment, to onboarding, training, career progression, rewards and end of contract.

You can also count on the support of one of our office managers.

You will be trusted to :

  • Manage the recruitment process from posting job ads, to screening CVs to scheduling interviews via our Applicant Tracking System and following-up with the candidates.
  • Gather relevant data and draft employee contracts
  • Manage and facilitate onboarding of new employees with office manager and management team
  • Build and / or maintain relationship with relevant 3rd parties (Universities, trainers, freelancers etc)
  • Ensure all HR materials / documents / policies are kept up to date and aligned with German legislation
  • Ensure employee data are always up to date on all Hotwire systems including our Human Resources Information System.
  • Support the team in their use of the HRIS
  • Take part in the payroll process by providing the required and accurate data
  • Master and improve all HR processes and ensure they are implemented by the team
  • Support with complex case management
  • Be the first point of contact of the team for any HR related question
  • Interact with the People & Culture international team to provide local feedback
  • Put together local and international reports

Are you the ideal match for us?

You just might be if :

  • You are fluent in German or a native German speaker (both written and spoken)
  • You have a professional level in English allowing you to have business interaction (both written and spoken)
  • You have previous experience in HR admin, coordination or junior advisory roles
  • You have a solid understanding of German labour law
  • You have experience in an international environment
  • You have experience in a fast-paced industry, ideally in an agency
  • You have strong organizational and time-management capability
  • You are comfortable handling sensitive or confidential information
  • You have strong interpersonal skills
