About the Role

You will work with internal business stakeholders such as Digital Product Owners, Marketing and Sales heads as well as with multiple IT roles, such as other Delivery Leads, Solution Architects, Business Process Liaisons, IT business analystsand external vendor partners.

The team you will work in is international and consists of colleagues who also work as business analyst and delivery leads. This position is based at our office in Gothenburg, Sweden and reports to the IT Manager Digital Customer Experience. For the right candidate however, there is a possibility to be located at our site in Munich, Germany.

What You Will Do

Manage and drive digital IT solutions and projects and product teams as a delivery lead

Bring to bear your knowledge in digital services around eCommerce, CMS and Digital Marketing and facilitate / drive workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements and perform as-is analysis, understanding customer and user needs, their strategies and their goals

Work in Agile digital Product Teams with a business product owners, architects and tech teams

Think and work Agile – define User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, perform UAT

Own the technical solution and drive improvement of incident resolution, stability, InfoSec etc.

Manage team capacity, budgets and report progress

Who You Are

You have university degree in a relevant field, e.g. Computer Science, Business Administration.

Knowledge and technical understanding of eCommerce, Websites, portals, Digital Marketing (MarTech)

Experience of analyzing and breaking down problems and information

Ability to handle ambiguity and multiple activities, quickly shifting from one situation to another

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings, workshops and senior stakeholder sessions.

Fluent in English, written and verbal

Willing to travel 10%

For this position, in order to be successful, we see that youare a team player who actively participates in the team’s activities and initiatives.

Stakeholder management onglobal and regional level, within as well as outside the IT domain, is something you are used to and can fully manage. Furthermore, the right candidate needs to be comfortable in working in vendor-driven development and support environment.
