Job Title : Business Development Manager

Location : Remote (Europe / Asia)

Employment Type : Full-time

Were looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join a rapidly expanding global logistics provider with a focus on cross-border e-commerce and last-mile innovation. In this remote role youll be responsible for developing strategy generating new business and maintaining key relationships across your designated European market. The company operates with a core full-time over 900 workforces while relying heavily on a large network of 30000 external / contract delivery drivers for its extensive delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the companys goals and boost brand visibility in the European market
  • Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to closing the deal and ensuring payment
  • Collaborate with internal teams (pricing operations etc.) to tailor logistics solutions that meet customer needs
  • Build lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and a customer-first approach
  • Track performance data adjust strategies based on insights and ensure KPIs are consistently met
  • Share key market intelligence and trends to help shape strategic decisions and stay ahead of the competition
  • Work closely with major clients to drive innovation set performance benchmarks and strengthen the companys market position
  • Bring energy initiative and collaboration to everything you do contributing to a strong team culture

Requirement :

  • 5 years of sales experience in international express logistics freight forwarding or B2C cross-border e-commerce logistics
  • Experience with air freight warehousing distribution and parcel line-haul services
  • Highly self-driven resilient under pressure and confident managing your own sales pipeline
  • Great communication problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • A strategic mindset with an understanding of marketing and brand positioning
  • Fluency in Chinese is required
