Your Role :

• Evaluate and Compare : Assess quotations and issue comparative statements.
• Negotiate and Network : Conduct negotiations with suppliers / subcontractors.
• Purchase Smart : Procure the highest quality supplies locally or internationally at the best prices.
• Schedule and Organize : Plan required deliveries and logistics, ensuring timely and satisfactory delivery.
• Prepare and Source : Develop inquiry packages, source suppliers, and place inquiries.
• Order and Follow-Up : Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement documentation.
• Support and Document : Provide support for tenders and maintain a library of standard templates.
• Coordinate and Collaborate : Meet weekly with project managers, planning, and finance staff to coordinate procurement processes.
• Monitor and Manage : Ensure timely payments and deliveries for assigned projects.

Your Profile :

• Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in engineering from a reputable university.
• Experience : Minimum 5 years in construction procurement, preferably in the solar industry.
• Skills :
• Extensive knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
• Strong negotiation and networking skills.
• Decision-making aptitude and numerical proficiency.
• Data collection and analysis experience.
• Excellent supplier contract knowledge.
• Leadership capabilities.
• Languages : Proficiency in German and English.
• Flexibility : Willingness to travel abroad.
• Attributes : Result-oriented, multi-tasking, and excellent time management skills.
