The Control Tower CX Consultant is a Hamburg based position dedicated to a key client. The objective of the role is to guide mutli-carrier shipments across the world between origin and destination.
Key Responsibilities
Summary and analysis of business data to meet specific operational requirements.
Interpreting data insights to formulate actionable strategies and initiatives.
Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate analysis results effectively
Developing a deep understanding of our business, customer needs, and market drivers to translate data into actionable insights.
Designing customer-centric dashboards to meet evolving service needs.
Identifying business opportunities and predicting customer behaviors through statistical analysis.
Orchestrating execution and Financial Operations (FinOPS) across end-to-end logistics processes.
Leading and contributing to automation initiatives within the team.
Setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), indices, and internal processes.
Ensuring timely production and updating of data pipelines.
Cultivating strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Driving cost reductions through data-driven insights and automation.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on translating data into actionable strategies.
Proven experience in logistics or supply chain operations is mandatory
Proficiency in presenting data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to challenge stakeholders when needed
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
