About the Role :

We are partnering with a global specialty chemical manufacturer undergoing a major digital transformation across its supply chain. As Control Tower Manager , you will sit at the centre of a data-driven, global logistics network; monitoring automated supply chain flows and managing exceptions to protect delivery performance, sales, and profitability.

Around 80–90% of supply chain operations run autonomously through digital systems; your mission is to oversee the network, spot issues before they escalate, and coordinate swift action to ensure business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee global supply chain operations through a digital control tower system, ensuring end-to-end visibility across all regions (Europe, US, China, Mexico).
• Monitor and manage exceptions — identify supply disruptions, delivery delays, or anomalies and implement rapid corrective actions.
• Work cross-functionally with logistics, planning, and production teams to maintain service levels, working capital efficiency, and profitability .
• Interpret supply chain data and performance metrics to drive proactive decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a central communication point for real-time operational coordination across global regions.
