Fujifilm Healthcare Deutschland GmbH (HCDE) is looking for an experienced HR Manager to reinforce the HCDE HR team and implement a HR strategy to enable the integration of the German healthcare business to best support our employees, our customers and our partners.
Responsibilities :
- Work with the MD and Director Medical Systems to ensure that HCDE has the resource and structure to deliver on its strategic objectives
- Work closely with the FUJIFILM Healthcare Europe (HCEU) HR Team on the delivery of HR related projects which will enable HCDE to fulfil its strategic requirements
- Interaction with Works Councils : enable an environment of proactive engagement with the HCDE Works Councils
- Work with the HCEU HR / Talent Acquisition Partner to ensure that all hiring is in accordance with best practices, compliance, and within budgetary guidelines and ensuring people with the right skills, experiences and attitudes are appointed in all positions
- Deliver on the comprehensive on-boarding processes for employees and ensure that managers and employees set clear expectations during the probation period;
and throughout the entire employee life cycle
- Ensure that the compensation framework is reviewed and benchmarked to ensure attraction, motivation and retention of employees;
- Ensure the regular processes of performance reviews and feedback, goal setting, professional development and career planning are in place to ensure that all employees have the opportunity to fulfill their career potential
- Ensure continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures are in line with current best practice, legislation and regulations
- Ensure that the HCEU Payroll function is provided with all necessary data to meet monthly deadlines
- Support the HCEU HR team in relation to Workday fulfillment
- Supporting HR implementation : Guide and coach managers on employee relationship and HR issues in line with company policies and best practice, including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence management
Required Skills and Experiences :
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a senior HR position - working alongside senior business leaders
- At least 5 years experience of hands-on engagement with German Works Councils (specifically restructuring and compensation)
- University graduate, similar level of post school qualification or related experience
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office applications)
- Good analytical skills ability to run reports and understand results
- High appreciation of need for confidentiality and accuracy of work
- Excellent understanding of German employment law
- Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Self-motivated, self-starter who is drive by a need for results
- Able to work and thrive in an ever-changing environment
