Work times : Flexible. Full-time.

Salary range : Competitive, based on experience

Role description

As an AI Technical Project Manager at Raisults, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of advanced AI and full-stack software projects . You will play a key role in interfacing between technical teams and corporate clients, ensuring timely delivery of impactful AI solutions while maintaining a strong customer focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead AI solution design and development projects from inception through deployment.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI engineers, software developers, and client stakeholders.
  • Ensure all projects meet high-quality standards , timelines, and budgetary constraints.
  • Maintain customer relationships and manage expectations through proactive communication and reporting.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and action plans.
  • Oversee full-stack software development , integration , and testing activities.
  • Drive problem-solving efforts to overcome technical and operational challenges.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of Raisults’ AI delivery methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technical project management , in AI and software consultancy settings.
  • Strong proficiency in full-stack software engineering (Frontend, Backend, APIs, Databases).
  • Advanced knowledge in AI engineering including ML / DL, Generative AI, and autonomous agents.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead agile teams and deliver complex tech projects .
  • Customer-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Outstanding problem-solving capabilities and a results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering , or related technical field.
  • Min. 3 years of work experience in AI engineering or SW engineering
  • Familiarity with AI deployment in industries such as manufacturing, finance, logistics, or healthcare.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps.
  • Understanding of GDPR, AI ethics, and compliance requirements.
