Tasks

  • Design Creation : Develop graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing materials, including social media posts, brochures, banners, mascot designs and presentations.
  • Brand Consistency : Ensure all designs are aligned with the company’s branding guidelines.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team and product team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  • Trend Awareness : Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements

  • Educational Background : Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills :
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva, or similar tools).
  • Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
  • Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
  • Soft Skills : Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • Availability : Ability to work 15-20 hours per week.
