We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our highly international and dynamic team in a role that bridges business operations, data management, and process improvement.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with enterprise systems, data operations, and business processes in an international business environment.

What you will do

• Assist in managing and maintaining our ERP system and eShop, including handling item master data, customer information, and pricing / warranty data
• Support the analysis, development, and implementation of new process optimization improvements
• Participate in local and international projects, offering data-driven insights and administrative assistance
• Collaborate with our customer service team on tasks such as price corrections and order entry for marketing materials
• Help with the administration and maintenance of reporting and performance tools
• Contribute to the implementation and testing of new business systems and processes

What you bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel with data analysis features such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIFS
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Basic understanding of ERP systems is a plus
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI) is a plus
