Are you a relationship-driven B2B sales professional who enjoys building trust, opening doors, and growing long-term partnerships?
We’re looking for a Key Account Manager B2B to strengthen and grow our presence in Bavaria and Austria , working with key system houses, partners, and local heroes. You’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint in the SMB and enterprise segment and positioning our brands as trusted leaders in display solutions.
You’ll work closely with an experienced, stable, and highly collaborative sales team — a team that values reliability, knowledge-sharing, and long-term relationships just as much as results.
🎯 What you will do
Develop and implement regional B2B sales activities for Bavaria and Austria, in close cooperation with the Senior Sales Manager B2B Germany & Austria
Drive structured sales activities across the full sales cycle
Win new business opportunities in the SMB and enterprise segments
Strengthen existing accounts by increasing solution deployment and brand loyalty
Create tailored customer solutions, prepare quotations, and lead contract negotiations
Monitor market developments, customer needs, and competitor activities, and share insights with management
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, and key customers
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events in Germany & Austria
Contribute to long-term and competitive sales strategies for the regional market
Ensure sales activities and data are properly documented and maintained

Based in Munich or nearby
Native-level German
Working proficiency in English
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to build trust and relationships at all levels, including C-level
Strong collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
Adaptability, agility, and a proactive mindset
Confident user of MS Office

Experience with tenders and preparation of tender documentation (strong advantage)
