Facilities Engineer

As a Facilities Engineer youll be at the heart of our Munich operations responsible for the technical integrity and smooth functioning of our facilities.

• Experience in managing technical lab infrastructure and the technical aspects of facilities or equivalent experience demonstrating relevant expertise.
• A strong understanding of the German market including familiarity with local regulations vendors and best practices.
• Proven experience leading external technical resources ensuring technical requirements are met on time and within budget.
• Experience handling small-scale refurbishment and fit-out projects.
• Solid understanding of real estate and facility administration principles including budgeting contract management and space planning.
• Fluency in both German and English (written and verbal) is essential.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to stakeholders negotiate with vendors and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in maintaining critical infrastructure - operating 24 / 7
• Proficiency in iOS / MacOS environment and MS Office suite.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive end-user experience. This includes proactively identifying and addressing employee needs and ensuring a comfortable and productive work environment.
• Proactively identifies and solves problems and collaborates effectively within a team environment.
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field like mechanical civil or facility engineering.
