About our client
Our client, for whom we are looking for an IoT Senior Engineer (full-time job), is the subsidiary of a large international manufacturing company in the field of home appliance (Fortune Global 500) .
Qualifications and knowledge :
- Five years or more experience in IoT / Smart Home research and product development
- Minimum Master’s degree in Computer / Software Engineering or related field
- Creative thinker, strong smart innovation skills
- Experience implementing IoT features in a consumer product environment (e.g. iOS and / or Android app development and / or back-end (cloud) software development)
- Good business instincts - identifies opportunities from trends
- Ability to identify and utilize appropriate technology partners to augment skill sets
- Strong influence and advocacy skills
- Experience working with remote product development teams
- Strong facilitation skills. Ability to lead others in innovative thought and processes, knowledge of innovation processes
- Experience with open innovation and collaboration in an engineering environment
- Solid understanding of consumer product development process and manufacturing
- Goal oriented and self-managed
- Experience with international, cross-cultural teams and interactions
