Working Student HR - Compensation, Benefits and Taxes (d/f/m))

Das Team HR Compensation & Benefits ist für Themen rund um die Vergütung der Mitarbeitenden verantwortlich und der Bereich Tax für Themen der Lohnsteuer und Sozialversicherung.
Zur Unterstützung beider Bereiche suchen wir dich für einen Einsatzzeitraum von mindestens 6 Monaten ab sofort mit einer Wochenarbeitszeit von h.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Mitwirkung an verschiedenen Projekten inner halb des Bereichs Compensation & Benefits
- Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von verschiedenen Themen rund um die Gestaltung der Vergütung
- Mitarbeit bei der Berechnung von Vergütungsszenarien in Excel, sowie bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen und weiteren Dokumenten
- Unterstützung im Bereich der Lohnsteuer und Sozialversicherung durch vorbereitende Tätigkeiten zur Beurteilung von nationalen sowie internationalen Sachverhalten
- Pflege des Intranetauftritts
- Koordination projektbezogener Aufgaben und Termine
- Unterstützung der Kollegen bei verschiedenen Auf gaben der täg lichen Personal arbeit
Profile
- Du bist Student*in in einem Studiengang mit dem Schwerpunkt Human Resources / Steuern oder vergleichbar
- Du hast idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung in den Bereichen gesammelt
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und bist ein kommunikativer & offener Mensch
- Du kannst sicher mit den gängigen Office-Programmen (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) umgehen
- Du bist sehr strukturiert und sehr sorgfältig in deiner Arbeit
- Du verfügst über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und arbeitest gern selbstständig
