Business Support Associate (BSA) – Germany

At Allegis Group, the Field Support Group (FSG) plays a pivotal role in managing internal and external staff, delivering contractor care , and ensuring a seamless experience post-placement. This includes onboarding, offboarding, compliance, contract management , and payroll support for AÜG workers.

We’re looking for a proactive, strategic BSA to join our team in Germany—someone confident, capable of driving change, and ready to take ownership of day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Employee & Contractor Lifecycle Management

  • Manage onboarding / offboarding processes in line with legislation
  • Coordinate offer letters, contracts, background checks, and orientation
  • Maintain records, ensure payroll accuracy, and administer benefits
  • Drive compliance in all documentation and changes

Customer Support & Business Guardianship

  • Act as the go-to contact for queries, building strong relationships
  • Proactively manage operations and implement process controls
  • Contribute to strategic planning and regional knowledge sharing
  • Analyze and improve workflows, advise on compliance, perform audits
  • Leadership

  • Independently identify and lead process improvements
  • Support and manage FSG projects with an eye on scalability
  • Demonstrate leadership potential aligned with regional growth goals

  • Required Skills & Experience

    Experience in relationship and task coordination

    Background in customer support or HR administration preferred

    Familiarity with German labor law , Freelancers, and AÜG

    Proficiency in Microsoft tools , PeopleSoft (Oasis / HR) a plus

    High attention to detail, even under pressure

    Discretion and professionalism with sensitive information

    Solid understanding of onboarding, benefits, and customer service
