Procurement Administrator (mfd)

Your responsibilities:

• You ensure the smooth flow of goods across our supply chain by supporting our buyers with demand planning inventory control and supplier coordination.

• Executing purchase orders and creating forecasts in line with product strategies categories and inventory targets belong to your main tasks.

• Furthermore you analyse historical data market trends and seasonality to support accurate demand forecasting.

• You monitor inventory levels lead times and reorder points to prevent shortages and overstock situations as well as manage product lifecycle changes such as phase-ins phase-outs and substitutions.

• You also liaise with suppliers and the expediting team to confirm orders delivery schedules and resolve supply issues to ensure compliance with agreed pricing terms and quality specifications.

• Close collaboration with buyers sales marketing finance suppliers and other internal and external partners to align forecasts resolving supply issues and continuous improvement of processes is a key part of this role.

You bring along:

• You have a degree or vocational training in supply chain management business administration statistics or a comparable field.

• You bring 26 years of experience in purchasing supply chain or demand planning depending on seniority.

• You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data forecasts and performance indicators.

• You work in a structured detail-oriented way and manage multiple priorities confidently.

• You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and international suppliers in fluent English. Any additional language spoken is of advantage.

• You are comfortable working with ERP systems and MS Office especially Excel.
