Role Title : SAP Consultant

We are looking for candidates with hands-on SAP Basis experience along with customer handling capabilities.

Profiles with L2 or L3 level of skillset preferred.

Mandatory skill :

• Knowledge of SAP S4HANA with SAP Basis troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge on multi-cloud environment.
• Basic understanding of SAP Rise.
• Fundamental knowledge of load balancer , SAP web dispatcher, and disaster recovery.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts.
• Efficient customer handling.
• Knowledge on Hyperscale’s e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP and Automations Provisioning in cloud environment
• Solid hands-on experience with SAP technologies like SAP NetWeaver, Web Dispatcher, Business Objects solutions
• experience in ITIL and IT Service Management processes such as Incident Management, Event Management Monitoring, Change Request Management
