Help uselevate our UX design and research! As our new UX design manager,you'll bridge the gap between creative innovation and strategicleadership. You'll oversee product design, user research, andcontent-related matters within a specific product domain or group,each focusing on a subset of our product capabilities or usertypes.

As our UX design manager, you'll guideyour team in gathering insights through interviews, surveys,usability testing, and analytics. This research will help youunderstand user behaviors, needs, and pain points, ensuring ourproducts meet user expectations and market demands. You will alsooversee content and copywriting, ensuring that communication withinthe product is clear, concise, and compelling.

You'll drive initiatives from concept to launch. Yourprimary responsibility is to ensure that the visual and interactiveelements of our product are intuitive, user-friendly, and alignedwith user needs. In collaboration with product and engineeringleaders, you'll create experiences that delight users whileachieving business objectives.

You'll mentoryour team, set goals, and ensure that milestones are delivered ontime and within budget, while maintaining a high standard ofquality, consistency and usability in the final product.

Your profile

• You have a bachelor's degree indesign or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design,with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• You are proficient with design tools such as Figma orAdobe XD and are familiar with prototyping tools.
• You have a strong understanding of user-centered designprinciples, usability testing, and user researchmethodologies.
• You have strong leadership andpeople management skills, fostering a collaborative environmentthat encourages creativity and innovation.
• Youhave excellent verbal and written communication skills, with theability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectivelywith cross-functional teams.
• You have stronganalytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye fordetail.
• You champion user-centered designprinciples and advocate for the user's perspective throughout theproduct development lifecycle.

At TOPdesks headquarters in Kaiserslautern! Asa UX design manager, you will lead, coach and inspire a team oftalented UX designers and researchers, working closely withcross-functional teams to drive the design vision and strategy forour products. You'll be responsible for assessing and, wherenecessary, hiring team members to build a strong, collaborative andcomplementary team.

You'll work closely withyour team of UX designers and cross-functional leadership,including engineering and product leaders, to bring designs to lifeand ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience across allplatforms. In collaboration with other UX design managers youenhance design and research efforts by developing standards andprocesses.
