Job Description
We are looking for an intern to support our experienced Sales Excellence team in the areas of pricing, sales performance and management, CRM management and go-to-market projects.
- During your internship, you will help us develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
- You will support the Sales Excellence team in analysing sales data, creating dashboards to identify trends and developing recommendations for sales strategy improvements.
- Furthermore, you will also prepare materials for meetings and discussions with various stakeholders, such as the Board of Directors or Business Unit Heads.
- You will support the team on various projects, including preparing, facilitating and following up on workshops with all stakeholders, as well as taking responsibility for sub-tasks.
- You will also help design and implement tools and processes to improve sales performance and work with sales teams to understand challenges and gather feedback.
- Finally, you will take responsibility for your own tasks and sub-projects, giving you the opportunity to gain a broad insight into Sales Excellence topics.
Qualifications
- Education : Master studies in the field of International Business, Business Administration, Business Informatics or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge : competent handling of MS Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint), first practical experience through internships, working student positions, vocational training or similar, ideally in the areas of sales, business development, corporate strategy or comparable
- Personality and Working Practice : self-driven, proactive, convincing, resilient, open minded, reliable, result-oriented and analytical
- Languages : very good in written and spoken German and English
Additional Information
Start : according to prior agreement
Duration : 5 - 6 months
