IT Manager

BorgWarner is seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Manager to lead IT operations and strategy across its Heidelberg and Arnstadt sites.

This role acts as a bridge between business and IT, driving digital transformation, ensuring service excellence, and aligning technology initiatives with operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic IT Planning : Translate site business goals into actionable IT initiatives following the global strategies
• Project Leadership : Lead and support local IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment
• Service Management : Oversee daily IT operations, system uptime, incident response, and SLA performance
• Team Leadership : Manage and develop local IT technicians to ensure consistent service and technical growth
• Business Partnership : Gather and translate business requirements into IT solutions that add value
• Budget Oversight : Manage site-level IT budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
• Security and Compliance : Implement IT security protocols and manage change processes to ensure continuity
