Are you a seasoned legal professional with a passion for regulatory compliance and team leadership? Do you want to shape the AML strategy of a top-tier international law firm across Europe?

Our client, a prestigious European law firm with a strong global presence, is seeking an AML Manager to lead and coordinate its EU AML operations from Luxembourg. This is a unique opportunity to influence compliance standards across multiple jurisdictions while managing a high-performing, multicultural team.

Your responsibilities :

Lead and coordinate the EU AML team, ensuring smooth cross-border operations.

Maintain, update, and implement the EU AML Manual and compliance framework.

Serve as the key point of escalation for complex AML and regulatory matters.

Conduct AML reviews and operational compliance tasks as needed.

Deliver team training and drive strategic development initiatives.

Interpret and apply new legal requirements under European AML standards.

Your profile :

Fully qualified lawyer in an EU jurisdiction.

Minimum 3 years' AML experience in a law firm or professional services environment.

Proven leadership and people management capabilities.

Strong knowledge of European AML regulations and frameworks.

Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
