Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Manager. This position is crucial in driving sales growth, building lasting client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have exceptional sales and leadership skills, along with a comprehensive understanding of market strategies and trends.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and acquire distribution clients for photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage inverters within the German market.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors.
  • Analyze market dynamics to design and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams to meet client expectations and drive business growth.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the inverter industry.
  • Strong understanding of the German inverter market.
  • Proven network of distribution partners in Germany.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • German and English language (C1)
