Tasks Operational Efficiency : Identify friction points, streamline workflows, and implement scalable processes that improve efficiency and unlock growth opportunities. Vendor & Product Onboarding : Own the onboarding journey for our vendors and their product catalogs, ensuring a seamless and scalable process that sets them up for success from day one. Financial Operations : Take charge of the process for invoicing, reconciliation, and financial operations, ensuring transactions are seamless, transparent, and built to scale. Customer Key Contact : Serve as a key point of contact for our most important customers, proactively addressing their needs, resolving challenges, and fostering strong, long-term partnerships. Performance Monitoring & Reporting : Track key operational metrics, extract actionable insights, and provide strategic recommendations to refine processes and accelerate growth. Requirements 2+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a startup or management consulting, with a strong focus on scaling processes and efficiency. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with extreme attention to detail. A self-starter with a proactive mindset and an hands-on attitude, capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and engage directly with customers. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Big plus : Background in retail, e-commerce, online platforms, SaaS, with a deep understanding of industry challenges and operational needs.
