Successfully completed trainingProfessional experience in 1st and 2nd level support for hardware and software faults desirableConfident handling of Microsoft operating systems (from Windows 7) and Microsoft Office (from 2010)Good knowledge of current end devices in the client-server area, such as desktop PCs, thin clients, notebooks and mobile devicesExperience with ticket systems desirable, especially OTRS or KIXIdeally experience with remote maintenance systemsHigh IT affinity and technical understandingExcellent written and spoken German, knowledge of English an advantageA high degree of initiative, commitment, flexibility and ability to work in a teamAbove-average communication skills and strong service orientation
