Your tasks

  • Resolving faults and service requests via ticket system, telephone or e-mail
  • Qualification, analysis and prompt rectification of incoming IT faults
  • Installation, configuration and commissioning of client systems in the medical environment
  • On-schedule installation or removal and relocation of client systems
  • Creation of documentation and maintenance of the knowledge database
  • Routine administrative tasks, e.g. assigning authorizations, software rollouts and upgrades
  • Support for IT software and IT hardware products
  • Support in project work
  • Your profile

  • Successfully completed training
  • Professional experience in 1st and 2nd level support for hardware and software faults desirable
  • Confident handling of Microsoft operating systems (from Windows 7) and Microsoft Office (from 2010)
  • Good knowledge of current end devices in the client-server area, such as desktop PCs, thin clients, notebooks and mobile devices
  • Experience with ticket systems desirable, especially OTRS or KIX
  • Ideally experience with remote maintenance systems
  • High IT affinity and technical understanding
  • Excellent written and spoken German, knowledge of English an advantage
  • A high degree of initiative, commitment, flexibility and ability to work in a team
  • Above-average communication skills and strong service orientation
