To expand our team in the international headquarters inBottrop, we are looking for adynamic and ambitious personality asTeam Leader (m / f / d) Laboratory Tunnel Construction and Mining Growwith us through diverse responsibilities : You are responsible forthe research and development of new chemical materials based onvarious technologies and raw materials that are used in tunnelconstruction. You evaluate and improve the commercial andenvironmental sustainability of our products and their applicationat the customer and align your development work strongly with thesustainability needs of our customers You will research new rawmaterials for product development, check their usability andmaintain contact with the suppliers. You actively support themarket launch of these materials at construction sites, which mayinvolve worldwide travel of approximately 20-30%. You areresponsible for the optimization of existing products (e.g. via rawmaterial exchange) and support production in the manufacture of ourproducts. You will be responsible for the disciplinary andtechnical management of 3 laboratory technicians. In this role, youwill report to the Head of Research and Development.
